Shipping

• Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You can inspect your order before accepting delivery.
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.
• For returns, 80 EGP plus the shipping fees will be deducted.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with original packaging (if applicable).
• Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
